Refund policy

We know that you will love our products! However, if for whatever reason you would like to return it to us, there are some rules to follow:

• Returns are accepted for 30 days since date of delivery.

• Customer provides and is responsible for return shipping costs as well as any additional fees that may occur (i.e. customs fees).

• Return shipping must be done by a tracked service only. Claims of missing late or undelivered returnable item packages will not be accepted.

• All items have to be unused and fully complete. If there are any missing items or items are used - there may be additional fees applied.

These rules do not cover returns under warranty. For warranty cases standard warranty rules apply.
