5-Year Warranty Policy

At GSR Engineering, we stand behind the quality of every part we manufacture. All intake kits and silicone hoses sold through our store are covered by our 5-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. All air filters and heat shields sold through our store are covered by our 3-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation conditions. If a covered part fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no charge.

  • Structural or material defects identified during normal use
  • Parts that fail to perform their designed function under proper installation
  • Manufacturing tolerances or dimensional non-conformance

Warranty Term

The warranty period is 5 years (3 years for filters and heat shields) from the original date of purchase as shown on your order confirmation. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation or use outside intended specifications
  • Normal wear and tear or consumable components
  • Damage caused by accidents, modifications, or neglect
  • Corrosion or damage resulting from exposure to incompatible chemicals or fluids
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Include photos or video clearly showing the defect.
  3. Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and respond with next steps.
  4. If approved, we will arrange return shipping (at our cost) and send a replacement or repaired part promptly.

Interaction With Our Other Policies

This warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights and works alongside our standard Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy. Where a product is eligible under both a return and a warranty claim, we will work with you to find the most appropriate resolution.
