Shipping policy
- Order handling time is usually 1-2 workdays for stock items, but can be slightly longer during higher order seasons (i.e. Christmas, Easter etc.).
- All orders are shipped via UPS express services. Tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched.
- Estimated delivery times are shown upon checkout. They are an estimation only and my vary due to courier loads (i.e. high season, national holidays etc.).
- We don't take any responsibility for wrong deliveries if an incorrect delivery address or contact details are provided.
- Although we try to deliver anywhere worldwide, there may sometimes be certain exceptions. We reserve the right to cancel your order with a full refund, should we be notified by UPS that delivery to your location is not possible at the moment.
- If you live in a very remote location, we advise you to contact us before placing your order to make sure that we may deliver your order.Â
